Poor presentation no taste to food lemon n bad
I bought a festive family meal for myself and family 2 kids and husband, the way the food was served was pathetic. Lemon and Herb Chicken looking like Mayo just brushed over chicken and braai'd no taste at all to spend so much of money and not getting the satisfaction of your meal is not right. The same small platter plates we got to eat out of the chicken was and chips was served in the exact same size small plates so it did not look any tempting it was like here eat and get done cold food. Nandos Kenilworth needs more management over weekends this was my second bad experience at the same store. I really think the meal that we had and the quantity was over priced didn't look like 8 pieces of chicken at all they chips was only enough for 2 kids aged 2 and 6.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
