Poor pathetic service

I bought a meals that was delivered by Mr D. The first item packed was chicken livers which was placed ina mall box upside down and all the other items packed on top. I called the store to speak to the Manager who insisted that its the deliver guys fault and I must call Mr D. I explained to the Manager that the rest of the items are packed on top of the livers to it wouldn't be able to turn over in the tightly packaged packet but she was unable to understand. She wanted me to drive to Nandos. I asked her for the owner of the store contact or anybody who is runs the store and she didn't know of anybody! Who does she work for? This is why the customer service is so pathetic because there is no Senior Management known by Managers. The meal was sub standard no salad dressing and chicken with no marinate tasted like a chicken you would buy over the counter. Worst meal ever. Substandard Management.
