Poor management from Nandos

Made a purchase on 19/12 and had three issues with the order. I contacted customer care and lodged a complaint and was informed a manager will contact me. After one week of no response I contacted Nandos again and received a similar response. After two weeks of no response from Nandos I am now going public with their pathetic customer care.
