Poor leadership

What a poor experience I had at nandos kloof street. The manageress, Jolene, is so rude. The way she reprimanded me after I politely told her I didn't understand show the temperature scanner works (it's a new machine that allows you to scan your temperature by yourself) and the way she reprimands her staff in front of me. This is not how a leader should treat people!
