Poor food quality DFD188

Bought a chicken pita from Nandos Birnam via Mr Delivery, the pita was halfway filled and way too soggy as if it was cancelled order. The lettuce was even turning brown. I'm so dissatisfied and could even finish the pita it was too cold :(
