Poor Food and Service

We placed an order at the new Nandos Tableview order number 512, we waited for almost an hour for our food, no apology nothing from the store manager. When we got home we noticed our food had wrong sauces, we asked for extra sauce for our Hotpot Lemon+Herb and Tangy Tomato we got served Mild sauce, raw cabbage ,raw carrots no chicken , no extra sauce and dry rice . The chicken we ordered Lemon and Herbx2 I swear we got served Mild or Hot as I couldn’t finish my meal as it was awful and awful . I immediately called your call centre on *** to log a complaint and I spoke to Langa who then transferred my call to your customer services and no answer. I want to be refunded my hard earned money to be served such *******.
