Poor ethics from Nokwazi from Nandos Maponya mall, she brought me dry chicken with a. A little sauce on the side and when I asked for extra sauce she said, policy of that store is that you have to make means with the sauce provided and no additional sauce will be provided, you guys where the only store that always made my day, after today I’m no longer a customer thanks to Nokwazi who is not customer centric and is way below par when it comes to exceeding customer expectations. A huge thumbs down!
