Poor delivery and management

Not happy! I ordered a Tomato flavored full chicken and four rolls online for children from Nano’s faerie glen. They arrived late with the wrong chicken mild peri peri. I attempted to phone them where they do not answer the phone and the call centre could not assist. My four children 2 - 5 were not happy as they were hungry and could not eat, cried and screamed it was a disaster thanks to Nano’s After lodging a complained They had the “manager” phone me only to tell me a story from the driver and he wants the full chicken back as it should be before he can swop out the chicken NB This is 22 hours later!!! How the heck should I do that after they do not even answer their phone!
