Poor Delivery
We had decided to go to Nandos in Norwood for dinner Sunday evening for takeout.<br> <br> We placed our relatively simple (1/4 chicken, chips and a roll, extra roll and a 1/4 chicken meal with extra halloumi) order at 19:00 and were informed that our order would take 15min.<br> <br> 40 minutes after placing our order we enquired why our order was taking so long. We were told that they are still waiting for our chicken.<br> <br> This was infuriating as we had witnessed many people come after us and leave before us. We were watching the display at the chicken grill and watched the cook even finish his orders by this time.<br> <br> It was obvious to us that the chicken for our order was used to fulfill another order.<br> <br> We finally received our order at 19:50 only to then find out at home that the chicken order was incorrect.<br> <br> This was a very bad experience for us!
