Poor Customer Service : Nandos Parktown

My husband and I ordered full chicken and sides at Nandos Parktown in Johannesburg. The food was so dry and there were no sauces or salts. The worse part is that it's not the first time. It feels like the staff don't care about customers. This is totally unacceptable.
