Poor customer service Nando’s - btw Covid is still around!!!!

Nando’s mall@reds - Rooihuiskraal... pathetic customer service.. has Nando’s forgotten about Covid 19... firstly, ordered over the phone, expected to collect goods through the drive thru, which they refused, as their systems are not linked, apparently... then proceeded to stand in the drive thru que for 30 mins, as they we slow in getting order out.. there was only 2 cars in from of me... teller tells me to go inside to pay... then eventually get the food, and by the time I get home it’s ice cold... spoke to the Manager and explained my concern regarding lack of customer service, and he says “ owe is that all” and walks away... for to do better Nando’s!!!! And remember there is something called social distancing!!!
