POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- Nandos

Disappointed in NANDOS PHILIP NEL!!!!! We arrived to buy food at 17:15, when we were about to enter we were told the store is closed. We enquired why and the lady was very dismissive saying they’ve already cashed up and she won’t assist us!!! A whole lot of customers turned back !! She said management sent and email and said they could close the store ??! So we can’t even rely on the times a store provides! So when they feel like it, they can close ??! Very dissaapointing Nandos!!!
