Poor Customer Service. Incorrect orders and charging for items not received

Just went to Nando's Mall @ Reds. Won't support them again. We placed an order and seems like they following McDonald's habit of never having milkshakes. When I got home I see the order was all wrong, there was no extra chicken strips in my boujee bowl but I was charged for it and another meal was rice instead of pap. Poor customer service and taking money for items not provided.
