Poor customer service from Nando's Rosebank

I'm very disappointed about a Nando's staff in rosebank I ordered 2 full chicken mild and asked for extra sauce she said they will add it and when I was collecting it I asked if they had added they said yes but when I arrived at home chick was very dry and tasteless I regret spending so much money for a grilled chicken without a sauce I was not going to buy a dry chicken for that amount I will rather brai it my self I'm really disappointed
