Poor customer service

Went to the nandos drive through on malibongwe drive, randburg on the 27th of august just after 5 pm. The lady asked me if i want to donate R1. I asked her what it is for. She just ignored me and added the R1 to my order. At the collection point they gave me a whole chicken uncut. I told them i want it cut into pieces and was told no they cant cut it. Upon opening the bag, i found a dry chicken with minumim sauce. To think i had to pay R160 for that dry chicken. I threw the whole damn chicken in the bin. The ladies that assisted me, clearly doesnt give a damn about customer service. I will never buy from this nandos ever again.
