Poor Customer Service

Nando's Plattekloof has to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever visited. My recent encounter with Nando's has been nothing short of a disappointment. The staff treats clients with extreme rudeness, **************, and unkindness. Recently, my friends and I went to the branch to celebrate a birthday over lunch. Sadly, staff members interrupted our celebration. We had to depart early.
