Poor Customer service

On the 21st of September I went to buy food at Nando's Sasolburg and they were about to close I got a good service from the cashier but I was disappointed with my food when I got home

I ordered a Pita with pineapple and quarter chicken with chips

The chips started like it was done in the morning or the previous day then they just heated it up

And my Pita, the veggies in side they looked and tasted like a green salad that was poured with dressing and was lift there for a night and the pineapple was not even there and I payed for it I complain about the food to the lady that was helping me because I know her and I even send her a picture of that Pita

She said she will address the issue with the store manager the following day.

She came back to me and told me that the manager will phone me

And till today I've never received a call from any one.

I always buy food from that store and it was my first time experiencing that.
