Poor Customer Service
Nando’s Bloemfontein (Nelson Mandela Drive) has very poor customer service. Upon arrival,our table was not sanitized,the chairs had breadcrumbs and we waited a while before we received a waiter. Moreover,our chicken was served cold and our greek salad did not have fresh lettuce leaves,they seemed bruised. Please offer customer service training as this is a common pit stop for travelers.
