Poor customer service

I place an online order at Nandos Kuruman at 14:30. At 14:45 I received a call from head office letting me know that even though I didn't receive the sms I can go to the store and collect the order.

I get to the store and they are very rude to me and they tell me that they didn't receive my order. I sit and wait for the manager who is currently very busy right now.

Why should I sit and wait for a manager who customers are not a priority to her while I gave them 30 minutes to prepare my order. I am regular online customer at Nandos Kuruman. I don't think I will shop there again.
