Poor customer service at nandos Montclair

Worst experience ever, and it has happened twice to me, 1st time I thought no man, they are busy. Yesterday I went to nandos Montclair I waited over 40 minutes for my order which I was initially told would take 10 minutes, and every time I asked about it, I kept being told 5 more minutes by the sfaff there including the Manger on duty, and when I finally went for my refund the Manger showed me a receipt from they end that didn't correspond with mine, in terms of time although it was the same order which once the half chicken special. I was not happy with the manner in how the delay was handled and the attitude towards the delay, the excuse the manager gave me was very poor and he showed no respect for my time
