Poor customer service and *********** staff

I made an order online at 16:51 at nandos tzaneen and opted for store collection they said my order Wil be ready at 17:15 I arrived at the store and paid for my order then the cashier said I must sit down n wait for my order. They started calling orders that came after me but I didnot mind because I thought those people ordered something quicker than what I ordered until wen it was 17:50 and I stood up and went to ask about my order only to find out that it was prepare long ago but it was thrown under the cashier's till cabinet. Basically if I didn't enquire I was gonna wait for the order until they close
