Poor customer service and horrible food receive

Extremely disappointed. Called Nando's Jabulani and ordered 3 leg potions of 1/4 chicken at 19:07 order number 4471. Placing my order I specifically said I wanted extra sauce on all 3 orders. Sms I got stated I'll receive my order at 19:55. I waited and received my order at 21:06. When I opened my order it was supper cold as if it was left overs, with no extra sauce that I requested. The chips where so dry and cold too. Not only they wasted my time they also wasted my money. This food can be eaten by a dog honestly. R198 was just a waste.
