Poor Customer Service

My friends and I are regular customers who often have lunch at Nandos on Sundays after church. We have visited the branches in Kuilsriver, Canal Walk, Bellville, and N1 City, and have always received good customer service at these locations. However, our recent visit to the Plattekloof branch at the Plattekloof Village on Sunday, 23 June 2024, to celebrate a friend's birthday turned into a terrible experience due to the unprofessional behaviour of one of your employees. While we were discussing the menu and deciding what to order, an employee approached us and accused us of making noise and disturbing other customers, although I did not see the customers she was referring to. Shocked and offended by her behaviour, we decided to leave the store. It is disappointing that a company known for its quality and service would allow such behaviour from an employee. This incident not only ruined our celebration but also damaged the reputation of Nandos in our eyes. The employee's conduct was unacceptable and should not be tolerated. If this is the standard of service at Nandos Plattekloof, I will ensure that everyone I know avoids this location at all costs.
