Poor customer service

I went to buy full chicken at Nandos Pretoria road. My cashier was Lindiwe. One rude person i have ever met at Nandos. I tell her my request she tells me she doesn't understand, i explain in English but still she doesn't understand. Then i was cut off rudely and Lindiwe shouted Puleng s name to come here what is it i want. Like i was stupid or something... manager puleng was called Finally the guy behind her understood. I asked for extra source and ahe cancelled my extra source while i am punching in the pin. Puleng greeted and answered her phone while i was busy explaining my situation. Then after she asked me what was my problem. When i was done explaining she walked away. I always buy here and now i am disgusted by the treatment
