Poor customer service.
What poor customer service I have received. From their call center that places orders. To their store management. To their drivers. Absolutely disgusted at their drivers attitude given.
I placed an order at 13:18 and said it would be here at 1430. I called at 1435 to check and the call center referred me to call the store( bear in mind I never spoke to the store when ordering, the call center did this). When the driver got here, I said he was late and he gave me an attitude and snarky remarks. When I asked for his name he drove off saying his the only driver at the branch.
Spoke to store management. All he said was sorry for inconvenience and that he will send another driver to deliver my food. No compensation whatsoever. Just that another driver will drop off food. And I would have to wait another 45 mins.
I’m looking after my 2 year old niece today who was hungry waiting on the food. Instead had to make her something.
Oh yes. I’m on crutches and broke my toe. So you can imagine the struggle I had making her something as well as myself.
Utterly disgusted.
