Poor customer service
<p>I bought a meal for R65 at Nandos Pinecrest in Pinetown today, upon recieving my meal i asked for a peri peri sachet, the lady refused to give citing that beacuse i didn't buy chips she can't give me a sachet, i then told her if she ca't give me a sachet she might as well take back the meal and give me my money back, at this point she called the mananger Phindile explained to her the situation, to my suprise the manager asked the cashier to give me back my money, i couldn't believe it ***! asking for a sachet at Nandos is like asking for land back totally disgasted!!!!</p>
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
