Poor customer care

I ordered food through the app from the Nando's Ruimsig Restaurant. My bank account was debited and everything but the order never went through. The money was taken but the food never came. I called the store and the customer care line, the whole shebang, was even promised a refund, 4 weeks later, still no refund. Such poor service.
