Poor careless customer service Nando's!!
My wife bought 2 meals last night at Nandos Pretoria North. She gets home and her meal which was a quarter chicken and rice was so badly cooked. The other which was chicken and chips was well cooked as expected. Both the chicken and rice were in a bad state but she had no choice but to eat because it was late and also she couldn't drive back alone at night for her own safety as I was not home. This morning we laid a complaint with customer service. They responded but the resolution we received from the store manager was so bad and it showed no care to customer's experience. We are still not happy with this!! We are done with you!! Thinking that as I'm typing this we already have chicken in the oven prepared with a Nando's Bad & Bake for our Sunday lunch. Yes... that's how loyal we are!!
