Police being called on me by Nando’s store manager with no customer service skills
Poor customer service by the store manager at Nando’s Eldorado Park. I placed an order and the delivery time was 18:25. At 18:14 the drive calls me to say that he will arrive after 10min and I should wait for him outside. No driver arrived with my order at 18:25. I called the call centre to put me through to the store manager, who failed to address the issue I was raising about the order not having had arrived even though a driver called me to confirm delivery for 18:25. The store manager told me that the driver had left 5 minutes ago, at the time it was 18:59. The driver arrived with my order thereafter at 19:10. I asked the driver for the direct number to the store to confirm that my order was late with the store manager, the driver was unable to provide the details. I had to call the call centre again and I was told that I would get a call back which only happened at 20:31, which I missed and 20:44 where the store manager told me that he has opened a case against me for not paying for the order and that I should expect the police at my house. I’m waiting as I’m texting…
