Pls pay my Provident fund and approve my uif it's only fair

Good morning. Im not really sure how It works but this is my last hope. My name is Chantel Nadia Matlaletsa and I have work for Nados Vereeniging for for almost 7to 8 years .I have tried it the old fashion way on getting my Provident fund back by going to Nados Vereeniging but no luck. I also app**** for my uif money and did everything but they don't want complete the formalities on their side it's been years that I'm struggling to get my money . But I don't have any luck the system at labour department show that I'm on record but Nados doesn't want to do what's right I'm not working at the money it's hard cause I know I have some money but I don't have access to it . Mrs Athos the owner has a front lady who deals with all the paper work but still I haven't received any answers pls I really need ur help .I'm a single parent with two kids and my eldest is in a special school so pls can u help me I need them to pay me so I can support my kids.
