please fix this

I'm really upset & appalled by the service received at nandos Colombo West Street Durban. I asked for hot sauce and was given extra hot sauce full chicken. I showed the cashier my receipt and told her that it's not the right sauce and after arguing about it for a while she then **** to me and said they only have extra hot sauce and not hot sauce in that nandos which was I knew was utter lies as I always send a friend to buy there for me on weekends and I always get hot sauce. I took the nandos to my place and made a call to them to find out the cashier was lying to me and I had to go back to the store to change it only to get back to my place to find a drumstick that I had bitten in my order n the sauce was still too hot. I concluded they probably just put hot sauce on top of the extra sauce. Shockingly the manager was assisting me the second time around. She disregarded and totally ignored that her cashier **** about having only extra hot sauce. I now have nandos I can't eat in my fridge that I can't eat because it's too hot. This is really bellow standard. So I'm guessing the manager and the cashier assumed I wouldn't pick up such things. Not impressed.
