Plastic in sauce

On 01.02.2016 I was given a bottle of Nandos sauce as a gift. When I opened the bottle on 01.03.2016 and put some sauce on my plate, a big blob came out the bottle. On investigating this \blob\" I discovered a rather big piece of plastic. I reported this matter to the call center (number on the bottle) on 02.03.2016. I was provided with a reference number (84619) and told that a courier company would make contact to arrange for the collection of said bottle. On 10.03.2016 I called again as I had not heard anything. I was advised that a follow up to the courier company would be made. Now on 15.03.2016 I have still not heard anything. This is shocking service. Nandos - if you are not interested then believe me - word of mouth is a terrible thing and I will never buy another of your products and nor will my family or friends. #notholdingmybreath"
