Plant Base Mess Up

I placed an order telephonically on 16th February at 18.28pm for collection at Linksfield. Order number 8540. This order was confirmed 3 times. Most important was the plant based strips, veg and spicy rice for my vegan daughter. When we collected and got home, the strips were full blown chicken. She is a very strict vegan so this was totally unacceptable. We should be able to have full trust in you.
