Pick'n Pay Village Mall Hartbee****rt

Monday 5 February bought 2 packets Cherry Tomatoes priced on shelf at R12.99 per pack with large sticker on each packet stating 'Save R10 when you buy 2' . At till I was charged R13.99 for each packet and no R10 deduction. Ladies at till know nothing about it. Store manager knows nothing about it. Lady 'supervisor' doesn't seem to know why and eventually tells me the R10 discount is already included in the R12.99 price. Really?? She offers to refund me R2 for the overcharge which I declined and she walked away. Staff don't know anything and prices charged at the till are not always what is marked on the shelf. Goodbye Pick 'n Pay Village Mall.
