physically assaulted by nandos staff member
I visited nandos in suncoast casino at 3 am. I was served by avella and after payin stood one side. She then closed the roll down gate on mine and my friends head. When questioned why she did that she said 'you should have moved'! It was unexpected and not right! The manager sinhle laughed at the matter. I urge patrons not support this nandos in future, fearful that a child might be next! If you do not want to serve me, tell me go elsewhere! What I experienced was unjustifiable and *********! Is this what we expect from a service provider???
