PERFECT EXAMPLE OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
On Wednesday 29/07/2015, i was at the Nandos in Signet Terrace. I had such a bad day and was not expected that my mood would change so quickly. Nondumiso served us with a smile as always. She gave us our order within a few minutes. She remembered our order and actually came to where we were sitting and gave us our order. It was my 3rd time there and i have been lucky to be served by her. All those times were such a good experience. This lady deserves a raise, she represents the branch in the most positive way possible.
