Pebetse from Nando's Thornhill, Polokwane's bad customer service and stinking attitude

Order # 1519/475410 Nando's Thornhill Store. I went to collect my order which was supposed to be ready at 17H55. On arrival, a lady called Pebetse told me that i was not allowed to enter the store wearing a gown of which I understood and agreed to pay by the door. She then returned to wait for 10 mins as the meat was not ready, no problem. I waited in the car. 10 mins later i approached the door, Pebetse just ignore me cleaning the floor. Her colleague asked me if I got help and she asked Pebetse about my order whom she clearly ignored. I then decided to park my car at the drive through window until they called her manager who did not know what to do, didn't know about the attire, and clearly had no control over her staff as this Pebetse wouldn't even respect her as she would just respond to her shouting and going away. Pebetse is not fit to work for Nando's and I need Nando's intervention int his regard.
