Payment reversed
Was at the branch on the 29 October at 15:31 was told the transaction was reversed just to be told to wait 7 days for the money to reflect in my bank account, as I went to the branch at Sandton I was helped by a lady Ayashree and she said I have to wait as the transaction is under investigation, and transfer was done to my account which it is not done, I feel like I was deemed off my rights and had to buy food from McDonald's instead of Nandos Sandton City, the service is pathetic
