pathetic till service
On Monday the 9th September I visited a Nandos branch at Signet terrace Lenasia.After placing my order I asked if there they could not put cheese on one of the burgurs, she rep**** by saying no its comes standard and as I was leaving to sit she swore in her language to the teller next to her about not having cheese and fortunately I could understand what she said in her lauguage.This Is such poor behavior from a lady who is serving customers As I confronted her she denied and the manager came towards us not even apologising for what his staff did .This is soo unfair to nandos because the staff members that serve the food are so welcoming and they really see to you in a very professional manner <br> The tellers name was Susan <br> I do demand some kind of output from this message <br>
