Pathetic store with pathetic management

I have been a customer of the store for the past 7 years. I visit the store at least 3 times a week. Since the new management has taken over, seems like the store is spiraling downwards. Yesterday the store opened at 12pm because they had some type of meeting. After waiting 40 minutes I still have not received my food. I then requested a refund It seems like the new management is clueless on how to run a store. I am slowly losing interest in visiting the store. I think they dont value the customers enough. I myself with my colleagues and my company we all frequent the store on a regular basis and it would be sad to see the store lose all this business. The manager did not even come to the front once to come and apologise for the delay. I think this new manager Andries should go back to management school or he can get lessons from the previous manager Natasha how to run the store. Please explain to him that the customer is more important that him sitting in a booth and having his lunch. He doesnt even greet when a customer comes into the store. Makes me feel like a liability.
