PATHETIC, SMUGGISH, ARROGANT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Last at night at 07:45pm myself and hubby and kids decided to have Nando’s for supper, We ordered at the till, when we asked to have the salad as a side, we were told they have no salad, we will need to pick another side. Which we did, only to see that people who had ordered food after us, were receiving there salads, even the collection orders were receiving the salad. My ordered a strawberry and Lime drink, which the waiter only brought after we had already finished eaten and we were on our way out. We had already packed our doggy bag to get up and leave then she came to bring the drink. Very upset that we didn’t get our salad or the drink, we went to ask the cashier (Busi) what had happened, she smirked and said oh well they told me at the back they had no salad, but now they have... and a big smile on her face and kept talking to another Nandos lady, we also mentioned that we received our strawberry drink only now, she laughed again at us and said so do you want the salad now, the drink comes in a take away cup so you can take the drink with you. With a big smile thinking that she had said something very clever, this is by far the worst Nandos I have ever eaten in, in my life. The is now the 3rd time we having issues with this branch, when we ordered take out, they got the order wrong, when I order and collect they don’t give me all my food, when I call, they say just come back and fetch it. The service at this branch sucks, head office should investigate the levels of customer service offered at this branch as this is not the reflection of Nandos and the standards of service that Nandos generally offer. I cannot believe the smuggish, disgusting attitude of the cashier, the Nandos staff that were sitting at the table behind us, eating there supper, just laughed and said you can do as you please and report what you like, all sitting and smiling, thinking every is big joke. I will not recommend this Nandos to anyone. PATHETIC.
