Pathetic services and food quality

Pathetic services and food quality - I visited the Suncoast Nandos this week in search of a good meal. Much to my disappointment, there was nothing good about my meal or my experience. I'd ordered a veg pita, requesting specifically the 1 with real vegetables and haloumi and also ordered a quarter chicken and wedges. I then paid for the meal and found a seat, a few minutes later my food arrived only to find that the veg pita had pieces of some soya patty in it. I told the lady who served me, this is not what I ordered, and she went on to say that this is the only veg pita they make, there isn't another. I advised that this is a meal I always order and asked that she correct the meal. I then saw the lady debating with staff about our meal and approached the counter, the staff insisted that I'd ordered incorrectly, so I told the lady I was specific in what I ordered as mentioned above, as a cashier she's supposed to know the meal to punch on POS. Then as if that was not enough, looking at my quarter chicken was soo sad as this was such a small piece of chicken, it looked like apart of a 800g baby chicken. I refused to pay the ridiculous price for a baby chicken thigh and wedges. I asked that the staff take their food back and refund me. I waited a few minutes at the till for my refund, only to notice the cashier was busy doing her voids individually instead of refunding me. It's only when I told her that I want my money and I shouldn't have to wait for her to void the items did she refund me. Lack of customer service was the order of the day at this branch! Nandos you have lost the plot with poor quality meals and staff.
