Pathetic service/**** specials and being **** to

Nandos' had a voting special that I was told is a walk in special so one could not order on the phone to pick up, it was a first come first serve basis which was ok. I called Stjridom Park and they said the special is still on, I drove there just to be told it was over. I left and drove to Cresta on the way I called and was told that the special was still running! got to Cresta to be told by Raymond that it was over!!!!he was not friendly and did not care about my concern. I called 15 minutes before going there. I spoke to the manager Thabo who said he just started the shift and apologised but he cannot assist any further. I informed him that Raymond had a don't care attitude and was somewhat arguing with what I had informed him! So much for scheming your customers by running a false special. I am a loyal customer to Nando's who you guys just lost because of your lack of ability to provide a service. My family and I walked away and went to Callistos and purchased our meal from there. Delicious and perfect service. Thabo could not even think as a manager to make a decision or offer us something!!!!Anything!!! Lack of entrepreneur s****s at it's best. I guess he doesn't care if Nandos looses business as he is just an employee and not an owner. You have just lost a customer.
