Pathetic Service received from Cashier(Zodwa) St.Johns Nandos
economy is not at a good state currently and bussinesses are cutting down on employees but you find people taking their jobs for granted, i had a horrible,pathetic service from Nando's Pinetown on saturday 27th July2019 at 12:19 when i ordered an full chicken meal, i made myself clear while placing my order how i want it done, and one of the specifications was to have my chicken "WELL DONE" when my order was handed to me i asked the lady if my chicken is well done and she said no, i then asked her to call the cashier to come and clarify if mistake was from me or it was the lack of communication from themselves. firstly i had to wait for her to finish what she was doing then she can to me with a attitude and said "i didnt put your special request on till slip because you told me late that you want you chicken well done but i notified the griller" then she walked away but then she was told even before the payment for the order was made. i then called her back and asked to call the griller which she did not, with the horrible attitude she was giving me i then asked her for a refund so i can leave the shop because clearly she did not see the wrong but busy arguing with me, Vinod which is the store manager was busy on the floor with another customer, she couldnt walk up to him and approach him but while standing there screamed for him that i was waiting, again walked away. she has shown no respect to me as a customer, she treated as if she was doing me a favour by assist me in the shop. i am a consumer and i have options as to where and when to spend my money, Nandos is not the only food outlet out there, that Zodwa (Cashier) was rude to me and if that the kind of treatment you give your customers then i am sorry i will never set my foot in any of the Nando's outlets, i even told Vinod, she not supposed to be service clients with that attitude. i was very dissapointed, fix her attitude or you will loose more customers.........
