Pathetic Service , Raw Chicken Second time

First and foremost Nando's East Gate Pathetic service 2nd time in 2 weeks we have ordered 1/4. Chicken and chips and the Chicken is Raw its still filled with bloed my wife cut it open and its raw we have kept it oneside. We called them and the Manager said please call mister D for a refund *** Nandos you made the chicken and now we have to wait for a refund ? Im sick of this i want to go the legal route as this is now the Second time and we have to wait to get a refund what are we supose to eat tonight ? Please poeple stay clear from nandos in east gate dont buy online rather go in an order. This is not acceptable. I am more then happy to provide pictures and slip as proof to anybody whom would like to see it
