pathetic service.poor quality food.poor hygiene
the previous manager was always so pleasant and available if there was a problem.food was up to standard as well. since the new manager as joined, all of this has changed. about a month ago i ordered a starter portion of chicken giblets. this came to my table completely frozen in the middle.i complained to the \so called manager"who replaced the item.it came back cold again.and in all of this she never presented herself to my table"
