Pathetic service, new concept sucks!
I get to Nandos, there's a long queue, decided to go sit down. However I decided to go ask what do I need to do since I am not ordering a take away. I though someone needs to be there to make sure the clients know what to do and where to go .. anyway .. I saw a lady by the name Purity who informed me that I can sit and brought the Nandos menu. She left me there, I came in at about 19:12 - till 19:37 I stood up took the menu to the lady by the name of Nomthandazo who recently served customers who just came in and I was still sitting there. She was walking past me all the time. This is pathetic I miss my old Nando really ... this is not working ... I just walked out as hungry as I was or is it because it's in Soweto. Pathetic service I must say.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
