Pathetic service nandos vangate

So sick and tired of the pathetic service at nandos vangate mall! So frustrating. Never sauce in the bag, nor plastic cutlery and then please if i say mild DO NOT give me extra hot! My haloumi cheese burnt through the plastic container and plastic all over my cheese....the response from them" thats how we have been doing it" Come on! I have been to numerous stores. Thats is not how its done! Pathetic service and staff just not bothered
