Pathetic service nandos Secunda

Pathetic service !!! I ordered at 2:30pm today and received my sms confirmation that the order would be delivered in an hour. I only received it at 5:30 a whole 3 hours later and a Whole chicken short from my order which was charged and paid for. I then called the contact number on my slip and was told by daphne that someone will get in touch with me ! another 1 and a half later and My family and I still don’t have supper still waiting daphne ! I have dialled more than 10 times with no answer ! Wake up Nandos don’t operate if u can’t offer the service.
