Pathetic Service - Nandos Isipingo

Placed 2 orders with Nando's (Isipingo) over a period off 3 weeks. Both orders roughly +/- R300 each. Orders paid for in advance (online). On the first occasion my order was not delivered because there was no salad, so they did not deliver the order at all. Contacted the store to be asked by the manager if I still want my order. Complaint was lodged with the call centre. No feedback.

On the second occasion order was delivered however the salad had gone bad. The expiry date on the salad container was 4 days old. Contacted the store however they did not have salads available, instead I was offered rolls or chips.

Management have a don't care attitude and no feedback is ever provided.
